3 large ripe avocados, pitted and peeled

Instructions

1. Prep the Avocados: Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a large mixing bowl.

3. Add Mix-ins: Add the crumbled feta cheese, diced red onion, minced jalapeño, minced garlic, and chopped cilantro to the bowl.

4. Dress It: Drizzle the olive oil and fresh lime juice over the mixture. Season with the black pepper.

5. Fold: Gently fold everything together with a spoon or spatula until combined. Try not to mash the feta crumbles too much; you want distinct bites of cheese.
