Description
The ultimate easy, healthy dessert! These 3 ingredient brownies with banana are fudgy, rich, and made without any flour, oil, or refined sugar. A perfect guilt-free treat for any occasion.
Ingredients
3 very ripe bananas
120 grams (1/2 cup) creamy peanut butter
50 grams (1/2 cup) unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 15 cm x 15 cm (7 inch x 7 inch) brownie pan with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mash the 3 ripe bananas until completely smooth. Add the peanut butter and stir the mixture until well combined.
3. Sift in the cocoa powder, mix until a thick batter forms, and transfer to the prepared brownie pan, spreading it evenly.
4. Bake for 22 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean. Let the brownies cool completely at room temperature before slicing and serving.
Notes
Use Very Ripe Bananas: For the best flavor and natural sweetness, use bananas that are heavily spotted or even black.
Cool Completely: This step is essential! The brownies will be very soft out of the oven and need time to cool and firm up before slicing.
Storage: Store in an airtight container. For an extra fudgy texture, refrigerate for up to 5 days.
